FABRIC: 190T solid color Pongee, real (actual) count 180T. Jiangshu pongee (Wujiang Sunrain Suzhou or DongYuan).
FRAME: Weight of the frame with handle, cover and tips: 465 gr
PUSHER: Button must be black color nickel plated.

SHAFT: Metal black color, 2 times electro plated.Shaft diameter: o10 mm (real 9.80 mm). Wall thickness: ? 0.35 mm (35 T).
RIBS: real size is 58.5 cm x 8K. Full fiberglass ribs, black color, windproof. Long ribs diameter: 3 mm (real 2.90 mm). Short ribs diameter: 4 mm (real 3.90 mm).
HANDLE: ABS handle, with wood effect. Size: o22 x 175 x 120 mm. Surface of the handle must be smooth. Handle must be fixed with shaft very well with AB glue and heating. Handle must be protected with bubble bag. Weight of the handle: ? 60 gr.
TIPS: Metal, shiny gun color. Size: o5.5 x 18.2 mm. Tips must be put very tightly on ribs. Rib should be inside the tip at least 8 mm.
STITCHING:
– Ribs sewing: 2 positions per rib / 4 times (lines),
tone-in-tone with fabric.
– Edge stitching MUST BE tone-in-tone with fabric,
minimum 9 stitches per inch.
– Panel stitching: tone-in-tone with fabric,
minimum 9 stitches per inch.
